A free outcaste dragon-blooded, operating as a hunter of supernatural beasts in the lands near Orchid; it was she who confirmed the Oracle's visions of a great behemoth rampaging across the land, and so she lent her aid to the Despot, who she considers to be very wise. She has not much mind for organizational tasks, but she is lending her help and name to the recruitment regardless.
